DOCUMENTARY FILM PITCH

How do you win a race with no gas?

You win a race by getting creative with what you do have – you study the game, you build alliances, you conserve energy and push when it counts.

That’s what the experience felt like in Portland. Limited resources and an even more limited budget. A small group of us took a gamble to come together and do something good for women’s sports, women leaders. Each of us had different stakes but the vision was clear and the team onboard.

What was our stake in this gamble?

Well, we were ready to enter our first car into the race...

“Better we raise our skill than lower the climb.” —Royal Robbins

Having found fulfillment in the diversity and inclusion space, I jumped at the opportunity to work on a media partnership content deal with The North Face through its Athlete Development Program that was focused on diversity and inclusion.

I thought of the slogan, “Different Paths. Same Direction.” and led the creative direction for a variety of print and digital ads centered around that theme.

Heart At Work

STAFFING COMPANY LAUNCH

With cameras rolling and strategy locked in, we set out to transform a complex business into something bold, human, and unforgettable. Through founder-led videos, cinematic event recaps, social media trends, podcasts, and commercials, we built not just awareness — but credibility.

What once felt like technical jargon became emotion. What once lived only in PowerPoints now moved like a story. Each frame, edit, and headline pulled from the same playbook that powers Hollywood’s biggest productions — just repurposed for business growth.

By the end, the company wasn’t just seen as an IT firm; it was felt as a brand with a heartbeat. We didn’t just market their services — we gave their message a pulse, turned leadership into characters, and built momentum that could be measured in followers, partnerships, and trust.

This wasn’t about going viral. It was about proving that when you bring cinematic storytelling to business, even staffing can feel like showtime.

Wired To Win

MEDIA PRODUCTION AND MEDIA LIBRARY

Over a six-month collaboration with CEC Facilities Group, we developed a comprehensive media campaign celebrating the company’s 15-year anniversary. Our work highlighted CEC’s people, culture, and legacy through storytelling while also building a media library of hundreds of photos and hours of organized video footage for future use.

In addition, we partnered directly with leadership to create a compelling award submission video that supported his candidacy for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year recognition, which he inevitably won.
