ABOUT the founder

It was 1998 and Mr. Lam’s grandfather was visiting from Denver, CO. Mr. Lam loved observing his grandfather. He called him, Ghong. Things just moved differently around him. One time, they were at a restaurant and they were approached by a stranger that couldn’t stop thanking Ghong.

After a quick trip to the store, Mr. Lam and Ghong were walking and saw an interestingly shaped building. It looked like a giant metal flower! They walked closer and saw men working. Time to find out what’s going on.

As they walked, they saw the First man laying bricks down. Mr. Lam asked him, “Hi, sir. What are you doing?” He said, “Hi, yes. I’m laying these bricks to finish up this wall” and quickly got back to work.

Grateful but unsatisfied with that answer, they walk towards the Second man, and he responded, “I’m a builder. I’m building a church for you and your family.” Problem solved. Ready to talk back towards the car, the young Mr. Lam notices Ghong looking at another worker.

The worker is cleaning. They walk towards the Third man and Ghong tells Mr. Lam to ask him what he’s doing here and he responds, “I’m building the house of God.”

It’s now 2018, Mr. Lam has since developed his powers and helped many different versions of these men. Men with jobs, men with careers, and men with purpose. Mr. Lam and his family are in Rome. Vendors in the streets, people from all over the world are here. The family lines up to enter a church. As they walk in, Mr. Lam, speechless for the first time, stares in awe.

He activates superior vision, poking and prodding at every centimeter of the interior. It’s the most beautifully and intricately designed building in the world. All his accomplishments dwarfed by the spectacle in front of him. Something new inside him began to flow.
